Week 1 of my StopBeingSkinny plan: Started 1 day of the whey protein and working out but unfortunately got really sick. Couldn’t work out for 3 days and didn’t feel like drinking the whey. Then got back on it and started back up with the whey and working out. I have no idea how i lost weight -___- back down to 143pounds somehow wtf.. i seriously think God wants me to stay skinny. Determined to gain some weight tho.
Main Goal: To be comfortable enough to dance in tanks. Also to get to 160pounds or greater.
I think what i also have to work on is not just actually physically gaining weight, but mentally breaking down the self-consciousness i have about being skinny.
I’ll keep you guys updated tho! Let’s pray i get back to 150 by the end of this week.
